The Family Table

Practical feeding support for everyday family life.

Helping you teach your child how to eat, be in tune with their body, and find joy in the foods you serve them!

As parents, there are so many things we assume our kids will just know how to do, and when they don’t, or things don’t go the way we imagined, it can bring up a lot of doubt, frustration, second-guessing, and even shame (shouldn’t I know how to fix this?!).

That’s where Family Table Nutrition comes in.

Family Table is here to help you feel more confident and supported in feeding your child. Cristina works with families to build developmentally appropriate feeding skills that help children feel comfortable, curious, and joyful around food.

Food refusal, picky eating, wondering what (or how) to feed your 6-month-old, it’s all NORMAL. Feeding kids can feel overwhelming, and parenting is hard enough without feeling like you’re supposed to have all the answers.

The truth is, none of us are meant to figure this all out alone.

Cristina is here to be the support you need, the friend you text at 6 p.m. when you’ve made dinner, your child refuses to eat it, and everyone is one step away from tears. With practical guidance, encouragement, and real-life strategies, she’ll help bring more confidence (and less stress) back to your family table.

Get to know the person behind Family Table: Cristina

A woman and a young boy sitting in the open trunk of a silver car during a picnic in a park, with food and drinks nearby and surrounded by green trees.

Cristina is a holistic nutritionist, runner, and mom of two (currently 3 and 7 months) who believes mealtime should feel connected, not chaotic. Cristina is still navigating the feeding journey with her own children and she’s passionate about helping families find more peace, joy, and confidence at the table while supporting infants, toddlers, picky eaters, and the parents who love them.

She’s here to help you share one meal, sit down together, and actually enjoy it!

Cristina believes mealtime doesn’t have to mean cooking separate meals or negotiating every bite. She helps families move toward sharing one meal at the table. No short-order cooking, no power struggles, just connection and nourishment.

Her philosophy centers on finding joy in food. The perfectly ripe summer peach. The juiciest tomato. The most satisfying slice of pizza. There is room for all foods at the table. Food should nourish both body and soul, and with the right tools, children can experience that joy too, even if their foods are touching gasp!.
