Meet Cristina
Cristina Piergentili
Founder/Nutritionist
Cristina received her Master’s degree in Holistic Nutrition from the National University of Natural Medicine in 2022. She began her private practice working in sports nutrition, supporting runners of all ages and abilities in fueling their bodies well.
But her heart kept pulling her somewhere else.
As a mom to three-year-old Charlie and baby Nora, Cristina has lived the feeding journey — from first bites to strong opinions. She knows firsthand how emotional, overwhelming, and confusing feeding your child can feel. Through helping friends navigate picky eating and toddler mealtime battles, she realized her true passion: supporting infants, toddlers, picky eaters, and the parents who love them.
Cristina believes mealtime doesn’t have to mean cooking separate meals or negotiating every bite. She helps families move toward sharing one meal at the table — no short-order cooking, no power struggles — just connection and nourishment.
In her own home, sitting down together at the family table each night is non-negotiable. It’s the anchor of their day. After work, school, and busy schedules, it’s where everyone reconnects. Cristina wants to help families create that same sense of grounding — where the table becomes a place of peace instead of pressure.
Her philosophy centers on finding joy in food. The perfectly ripe summer peach. The juiciest tomato. The most satisfying slice of pizza. There is room for all foods at the table. Food should nourish both body and soul, and with the right tools, children can experience that joy too — even if their foods are touching gasp!.
At the end of the day, feeding our families isn’t just about nutrients — it’s about connection. And that’s what Cristina is here to help you build.
When she’s not working with families, Cristina can be found trail running with her dog Calvin, playing outside with her husband Hayden and their two kids, or tucked into a cozy café with a cup of coffee and a flaky croissant.
