Your Questions, Answered
-
Simply schedule your consultation through the booking link or by sending me. message through the contact form. You’ll receive an intake form so I can begin understanding your child’s needs before our first session.
-
I work with infants starting solids through preschool-aged children, typically up to age five. My focus is on early feeding development — building strong foundations, supporting independence, and reducing mealtime stress during the early years.
-
All families begin with a three-session package designed to create steady, lasting progress.
You’ll receive:
Four 60-minute virtual sessions
Bi-Weekly check-ins via phone or email
Text/email support Monday-Friday 8am-7pm
A personalized written plan after each session
A comprehensive final roadmap with guidance on how to continue progressing
Six months of email and text support following your final session
Feeding challenges take time. This structure allows us to adjust thoughtfully and support your family beyond our scheduled sessions.
-
Meaningful change in feeding rarely happens after a single conversation.
The first session helps us understand your child and create a starting plan. The second allows us to adjust and refine. The third strengthens your foundation and prepares you for long-term success.
This approach creates confidence — not quick fixes.
-
Consultations are primarily virtual (with the option to be in person in Windhm County), which allows flexibility for busy families.
Optional add-on services such as grocery shopping support or in-home cooking guidance may be available depending on location.
-
Picky eating is common — and it exists on a wide spectrum.
Whether your child refuses vegetables, eats a limited number of foods, or experiences anxiety around new foods, we will create a plan tailored to their temperament, sensory preferences, and developmental stage.
The goal is always to reduce pressure and build trust at the table.
-
Every family receives personalized written guidance after each session.
If your family would benefit from detailed meal plans, lunchbox ideas, or snack strategies, those can absolutely be included or added on based on your needs.
Everything is customizable. I want this to work for your family!
-
After your third session, you’ll have access to email and text support for six months.
You can reach out with:
Questions about new foods
Setbacks or regressions
Transitions (daycare, travel, illness)
Clarification on your plan
This continued support allows you to feel steady and reassured as your child grows.
-
That’s completely okay. You’re welcome to schedule a brief introductory call so we can discuss your concerns and determine whether this support feels aligned for your family.
Accessibility & Subsidized Spots
A limited number of reduced-cost spots are available at 50% off for clients experiencing financial barriers. These spaces are partially subsidized by full-price clients as part of a commitment to making nutrition support more accessible and equitable.
Because availability is limited, reduced-cost spots are offered through a waitlist.
Optional Available Support
Every family’s needs are different. If you would benefit from more hands-on guidance, I can customize your package with:
Grocery shopping session
In-home cooking support
Personalized meal planning
Lunchbox and snack planning
Kitchen and pantry strategy review
Add-ons are available individually and can be discussed during your first session.
